I recently came across this new series of albums called the Pickin’ On Series.

I bought Volume I and II of the “Fade to Bluegrass” which are Metallica covers. There so cool I really enjoy listening to them. I also bought the “Tribute to Ozzy” and “Pick My Kiss”. I may get some more in the future.

Cool.

Flying Asian Carp Close to Great Lakes

The long running battle to keep the Asian Carp out of the Great Lakes may be nearing an end in defeat. Lets hope it can be stopped before it’s too late.

Apparently major US cities aren’t the only ones dealing with large packs of stray dogs taking over.

Moscow, Russia has a long history with strays.
